With compliance friendly features that date and time stamp every communication, documents can be requested and received from the borrower from within the loan officer and/or borrower personalized web sites. In addition, borrowers can log questions providing the loan officer and/or processor with the opportunity to "post" responses to the questions from within their personalized web sites in Status Sweep. This form of communication is fully auditable and can replace the burden of Outlook email communications with borrowers which tend to be a threat to the compliance processes in your mortgage operation.
