Status Sweep is designed to, among other things, web enable your existing Calyx Point LOS to create a true online environment to manage your business and share vital information with borrowers and trading partners while protecting documents and loan data for long term archival and immediate access.

Q. I am thinking about getting Point Data Server. Does Qvault's solutions work with PDS?
A. Yes it works perfect with Point Data Server. Qvault can also host your PDS in our secure data center so there is no need for IT people and new equipment to run it. It will save you lots of time, money and aggravation. We have many very happy customers using our "QPDS" service.

Q. How does Status Sweep help compliance issues?
A. There are many facets to compliance with various State and Federal guidelines and not one tool on the market will fully guarantee you to be 'in compliance'. However, when used properly Status Sweep along with DocKeeper will greatly discourage and identify rogue branch and loan officer activity because instant access to loan data, documents and timelines are built into the system. Beyond this, the archiving feature will save enormous time and money during audits as reports can be generated instantly to present to auditors. Qvault continues to develop new functionality and concepts to assist our clients with improved compliance monitoring.

Q. I have branches across the country. Can Status Sweep provide me with pipeline views at the branch level as well as the global corporate level?
A. Yes. Status Sweep has the ability to 'sweep' from a single location or from many disparate locations. It can aggregate the loan information and present it in a variety of views such as branch, region or all active loans across the enterprise.

Q. What type of customization is available for Status Sweep?
A. First off, Status Sweep 'out of the box' will most likely provide all the features and functionality you will require. However in some cases special needs arise. Qvault does everything from custom interfaces for different party log ins to extreme database work to provide highly customized dashboards and other features. We understand your Status Sweep system needs to reflect your current good business practices and we work tirelessly to deliver a solution that provides immediate impact on a daily basis at a price point that makes good business sense. Typically customization requests are covered under the standard set up fee. In some cases Qvault charges additional fees for highly specialized database customizations.
